SENIOR PROPERTY SERVICES CONSULTANT

Location: Euston
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm
Salary: £35,000 + commission
We are currently looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our property services team. Based at our Euston Head Office, our Senior Property Service Consultants are responsible for driving new business as well as managing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients and customers. This job is suitable for anyone looking to embark on a career in estate agency just not in a front-office Sales or Lettings capacity.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 3 years telesales experience

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Convert inbound leads and existing contacts into revenue-generating opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Book high-quality MAs and support conversion to Instructions where required.
• Manage long cycle, complex relationships.
• Maintain pristine CRM hygiene and activity cadence.
• Partner closely with Front Office listers.
