MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in property management and real estate
• Real estate license in good standing
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Experience managing remote teams (especially overseas)
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations

A key part of your role will be leading and motivating remote teams while working closely with the business development manager to onboard new clients. Your work is dynamic-whether you’re in the office, on-site with properties, or working remotely-you’ll always be pushing for excellence in everything you do.
