ABOUT THE TEAM Two key pillars of SimCorp’s commercial organization are Solutions Engineering, which drives the success of sales engagements, and Customer Success Management, which nurtures strategic relationships with our clients. To ensure we continue delivering exceptional functional, operational, and technical expertise — particularly in support of these two functions — we’ve established a dedicated team in Manila. This team plays a vital role in: Supporting global Request for Information/ Quotation/ Proposal (RFx) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes with high-quality, timely responses. Maintaining and optimizing SimCorp One environments used throughout sales engagements. Managing and enriching knowledge and data assets across the organization to enable seamless collaboration and informed decision-making. We are now expanding the Manila-based team and looking for new members to join us. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR As part of the Manila team, you will: Provide high-quality support to SimCorp’s Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Management, and the wider commercial organization globally. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure efficient and effective request handling. Support global RFx and DDQ processes by delivering timely, accurate responses to functional, operational, and technical inquiries. Maintain and enhance SimCorp One environments used throughout the sales cycle, ensuring requests are delivered “as-a-service.” Contribute to the development and upkeep of SimCorp’s knowledge base and documentation, enabling seamless collaboration across teams. Help define and refine internal procedures that support cross-functional collaboration. Become a subject matter expert in tools used for RFx and DDQ processing and proactively suggest improvements. WHAT WE VALUE We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and growing with the role: Proven experience in presales, solutions consulting, or sales support for enterprise software. Proven experience responding to RFx/ DDQs accurately and on time using standard tools and workflows. A proactive mindset and eagerness to support a growing global commercial service. Strong listening skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable commercial outcomes. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Confidence in presenting and demonstrating solutions to diverse audiences. A service-oriented approach and a collaborative attitude. Strong analytical thinking and fluency in English. Experience or interest in working with knowledge management systems, collaboration platforms, or sales enablement tools. Advantageous: familiarity with RFx/ DDQ platforms, CRM systems, or SimCorp One and exposure to financial services, software solutions, or enterprise SaaS environments.
