Designation: Senior Proposals and Contracts Administrator (Oil & Gas)

Reporting to: Contracts and Administration Manager

Job Objective: To actively lead, support and coordinate the end-to-end development of high-quality, compliant and commercially compelling proposals, reviewing contracts, tenders, bids, RFQs and EOIs, working closely with technical, commercial, finance, supply chain and QHSE teams to deliver accurate and timely submissions that support business growth across the MENA region.

• Key Responsibilities/Duties: Administer all types of commercial contracts, including registrations, amendments, periodic reports and closeouts.
• Review RFPs, ITTs, RFQs, RFIs and EOIs to identify instructions
•
