• Experience in the UK broadband/telecoms market is highly desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Senior Propositions Manager, youll take ownership of our product portfolio defining new propositions, enhancing existing offerings, and leading the go-to-market strategy across all channels. This is a high-impact role that blends insight-driven strategy, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our product and proposition portfolio
• Define and implement go-to-market plans, including target audience insights, commercial targets, pricing strategy, and customer experience design
• Drive the roadmap for new customer acquisition and renewal propositions across all sales and marketing channels
• Collaborate across functions (Sales, Marketing, Digital, Tech, Finance, Customer Support) to ensure alignment and flawless execution
• Build robust business cases, track performance metrics, and develop mitigation strategies where needed
• Provide compelling proposition narratives and training materials for frontline teams.
• Act as a key interface with Technology teams to ensure commercial alignment in product delivery
