Our sector leading Philanthropy team have an exciting o pportunity to join as a Senior Prospect Researcher . We are looking for a diligent, detailed orientated individual with strong communication skills to join our well established and proactive Prospect Development team. The team currently consists of 5 researchers and this is a new 6 th role . The expansion and investment in the team demonstrates the key role the team plays within Philanthropy ’s ambitions. The team currently has one Research Executive, o ne Sen ior Research Executive, three Research Managers and one Senior Research Manager.
As a Senior Prospect Researcher you will support the delivery of prospect identification, provide research in a variety of fundraising areas and ensures smooth running of prospect research processes, improving them where possible, in order to drive income for the Philanthropy directorate.
As a part of the wider CRUK fundraising efforts, the Philanthropy Directorate is one of the largest and most successful high value fundraising teams in the UK. An ambitious and innovative team of 60 talented philanthropy professionals, our focus is the £400m ‘ More Research, Less Cancer’ (MRLC) campaign which has four key priorities: the Francis Crick Institute, Cancer Grand Challenges, Translation & Innovation, and our Future Leaders’ programme. We’ve recently reached the milestone of £200m.
