DESIRABLE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in game production and game publishing
  • Producer or Associate Producer role on 2 or more published PC games with post-launch content or Early Access xp
  • Experience with Steam & console platform management
  • Knowledge of live operations, including content updates, Early Access management
  • Experience coordinating with marketing teams and supporting marketing workflows
  • Ability to make pragmatic decisions in fast-paced live environmentExperience with lean development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Strong understanding of PC & console platform requirements and submission processes
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
  • Very good active listening skills
  • Very good communicator with ability to interface between multiple teams
  • Proactive mentality with ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a senior publishing producer you will be the bridge between our development team and the post-launch ecosystem. You will take ownership of release management across PC platforms, with primary focus on Steam, while supporting our marketing team’s planning and coordination efforts. Working closely with both internal producers and the marketing team, you will ensure seamless execution of content releases, updates, and store management during Early Access and beyond. You have excellent organizational skills and thrive in the dynamic environment of live operations where priorities can shift rapidly. Your weapons of choice are JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and platform-specific tools like Steamworks!

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage release processes and scheduling for PC & console platforms
  • Coordinate DLC releases and major content updates during Early Access
  • Support marketing team planning and internal workflow coordination
  • Coordinate the creation of external marketing assets
  • Interface between marketing team and development/production teams
  • Assist with press and influencer relations coordination when needed
  • Manage store setup, update deployment, and ensure platform compliance
  • Work with development producers to align live content with development schedules
  • Prepare status reports on live operations and release performance
  • Monitor platform performance and coordinate rapid response to issues
  • Maintain documentation for live operations processes and best practices
