We are a leading landscaping company in the UAE, delivering high-quality, sustainable outdoor solutions across residential and commercial projects. As we expand, we are seeking a Senior Purchase Officer to lead our procurement function and manage a small team of purchasing staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong background in the landscaping or construction industry within the UAE is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of landscaping materials and supplier networks in the region.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Valid UAE driving license .

• Oversee the full procurement cycle for landscaping materials, plants, irrigation systems, tools, and consumables.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement officers, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance tracking, and process compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Work closely with project, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.
• Evaluate supplier performance and suggest improvements in the procurement process.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal policies and relevant UAE regulations.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and generate regular reports for management review.
