Working closely with DDSD Program Managers, Administrative Services Division Purchasing Bureau staff, and contractors to ensure contracts are finalized by the prescribed deadlines;
Initiating contract development, amendments, expenditures, utilization tracking, and general oversight which includes ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and statutes, the state procurement code as well as State and Federal laws;
Assisting with the development of Provider Agreements and Request for Proposals for the Division.

DDSD Deputy Director’s, DDSD Bureau Chief’s, Director and HCA ASD Purchasing Bureau and contractors to ensure contracts are finalized by prescribed deadlines.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting and Finance and one (1) year of experience in accounting, finance, purchasing, procurement, and/or warehouse clerking. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling five (5) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver’s License. Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive a Defensive Driving Course Certificate as a condition of continued employment within 45 days of employment. Travel will be required with overnight stays. Successful completion of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other trainings as required.
Working Conditions
Office setting with extensive use of personal computer, telephone, fax, copier, and other related office equipment that involves sitting, standing, bending, reaching, etc. to include lifting up to 30 pounds.
