LOCATION: Michigan State University - East Lansing, MI: Levy operates Spartan Stadium, home of the Michigan State University Spartan football team. Levy also provides food and beverage services to all sporting venues on the Michigan State University campus!

JOB SUMMARY

Procure excellence! As a Senior Purchasing Manager, you will lead procurement and supply chain operations with a strategic mindset and a commitment to operational excellence. You will oversee vendor relationships, drive purchasing strategies, and implement inventory solutions that support the venue’s success. You’ll lead with precision, ensuring the flow of goods and services runs efficiently and cost-effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience, ideally in a hospitality environment
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing vendor contracts and negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures
