JOB SUMMARY

Procure excellence! As a Senior Purchasing Manager, you will lead procurement and supply chain operations with a strategic mindset and a commitment to operational excellence. You will oversee vendor relationships, drive purchasing strategies, and implement inventory solutions that support the venue’s success. You’ll lead with precision, ensuring the flow of goods and services runs efficiently and cost-effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience, ideally in a hospitality environment
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing vendor contracts and negotiation processes
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures

• Lead purchasing functions, including sourcing and vendor management
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast supply needs
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and procedures
• Analyze data and generate reports on purchasing metrics
• Supervise and mentor purchasing team members
