EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of purchasing experience within the elevator and escalator industry.
  • Proven experience in subcontractor and manpower supply procurement.
  • Track record in supplier/vendor negotiations, vendor management, and international procurement.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, supply chain processes, and contract management.
  • Technical understanding of elevator/escalator components and manpower requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
