Tasks

• Responsibility for the architecture and development of a scalable Python backend platform
• Development and enhancement of robust analysis and data processing pipelines
• Processing and structured evaluation of unstructured and structured web content
• Integration and productive use of AI components (e.g., ML models or LLMs)
• Development and maintenance of high-performance APIs
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring high code quality
• Technical participation in the design of architectures and development standards
• Active reduction of technical debt and continuous improvement of existing systems
• Close collaboration with product management and development team

qualification

• Completed vocational training or studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in backend development with Python
• Very good understanding of system architecture and scalable applications
• Experience with data-intensive or analytical systems (e.g., data pipelines)
• Experience in handling structured and unstructured data
• Safe handling of API design and development (REST)
• Experience with various database systems (e.g., relational, NoSQL)
• Ideally, some experience with AI/ML applications (e.g., NLP, LLMs)
• You take responsibility for technical decisions beyond your own code.
