Devsinc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and scalable code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that drive the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and services. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality and team practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge software solutions. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Python development. Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment. Strong communication skills and ability to mentor and lead junior developers.
