Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices for high-performance applications. Qualifications Strong commercial experience with Python Solid experience with FastAPI and RESTful API development Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database design Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures Experience designing and developing microservices Good understanding of distributed systems and scalable backend architecture Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency in Python Experience with system integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-quality code Responsibilities Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs Build and maintain microservice-based applications Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka Optimize application performance and database operations Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering best practices Contribute to system scalability, observability, and maintainability Nice to Have Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools Experience with high-load systems and distributed environments Additional Information This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial projects that are at the forefront of transaction and payment services.
