REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of production-level Python experience
• Strong Python coding skills with expertise in slicing, generators, context managers, and decorators
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and production-level code
• Background in developing and optimizing HTTP APIs with a focus on REST principles
• Expertise in using type systems such as MyPy to ensure code correctness and stability
• Knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Competency in tools like Docker or Kubernetes to manage deployments
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
• Collaborative team player with a low-ego approach and effective communication skills
• Openness to feedback, willingness to adapt, and continuously improve
• Self-starter who can take full ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
• Proactiveness in proposing innovative ideas and improving existing solutions

• Develop Python backend services, with a focus on building and maintaining HTTP APIs (FastAPI/SQL)
• Collaborate with team members to define and implement robust technical solutions
• Participate in team planning sessions and actively contribute to SCRUM ceremonies
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices
• Enhance system reliability and optimize performance through rigorous testing and debugging
• Ensure proper documentation of codebases to promote transparency and maintainability
• Analyze customer requirements to design scalable and flexible solutions aligned with product goals
• Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices
