iGaming Ontario is seeking a Senior QA Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Solutions Support, the Senior QA Analyst will act in a role that combines the strategic oversight of a Test Lead with the hands-on responsibilities of a Test Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about ensuring software quality across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Defining and implementing test strategies, plans, and processes.
  • Coordinating testing activities across projects and teams.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for QA-related matters.
  • Mentoring junior testers and promoting best practices in testing.
  • Analyzing requirements and design comprehensive test cases.
  • Executing manual and automated tests across various platforms.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using appropriate tools.
  • Performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Working closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
  • Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Providing regular test status updates and quality metrics to stakeholders.
