Description

Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans for Salesforce applications. Perform manual functional testing, UI testing, workflow validation, and end-to-end business process testing. Conduct data validation, integration testing, and regression testing across Salesforce modules. Work closely with business users to understand requirements and ensure complete coverage of lead-to-opportunity, case management, and marketing journey processes. Validate business rules, security roles, profile permissions, and sharing settings. Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Support UAT planning, execution, and coordination with business stakeholders. Ensure test documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with defined QA standards. Minimum 7+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects. Should be expertise in Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing). Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Hands-on experience with manual Salesforce functional testing and UI testing. Expertise in validating workflows, automation rules, data integrity, and integrations with external systems. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex Salesforce business processes. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (preferred) Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred) Knowledge of regression testing frameworks and UAT best practices. Experience working in distributed teams (offshore/nearshore model).
