SENIOR QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Gorilla Logic is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong background in Ruby and hands-on experience in Test Automation. This role involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization are essential. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, agility, and a quality-first mindset.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Ruby, Javascript, Java or any other programming language.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks, particularly Cypress
• Hands-on experience with manual testing
• Hands-on experience building out a big regression suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fluid, fast-paced setting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams

BONUS SKILLS

• Highly desirable: Experience with Xray, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub
• Experience with other test automation tools or frameworks is a plus

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for testing
• Review daily test automation execution reports to assess findings and take appropriate actions: report defects and/or fix test scripts
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Continuously refine and improve automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Provide clear, actionable reports on test results and quality metrics
