Your mission:

• Development and responsibility for a comprehensive quality strategy (microservices, microfrontends & legacy systems)
• Building a modern, scalable testing environment
• Establishment of standards and processes
• Enabling developers to ensure sustainable quality

Your profile:

• Deep understanding of modern testing strategies (test pyramid, unit, component, contract, E2E, and performance tests)
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript and practical experience with Playwright, Jest and/or Vitest
• Experience with microservice architectures, microfrontends, and API/contract testing
• Expertise in the development and enhancement of test automation and test frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps)
• Strong understanding of architecture and systems, including legacy integration.
• Ability to coach development teams and build a quality culture
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Ownership, prioritization skills, and systemic thinking
