JOB DESCRIPTION

U.S. Bank is seeking a full-time Senior QA Automation Engineer - Mobile (Multiple openings) in Gresham, OR.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and executing automation testing on iOS Register product and features like Payments, CashBack, Discounts, Orders, Refunds, StoreCredit, Taxes and Settings.
  • Perform automation testing using Xcode platform and build test scripts using Swift.
  • Performing all aspects of QA testing including Smoke, Integration, Regression, Exploratory, Performance, Data verification and User Acceptance testing on Register application.
  • Integrating the QA automation with the CI and automated build processes using Jenkins and Browserstack for faster delivery.
  • Track sprint tasks and logging defects using Jira as a test management tool.
  • Refactoring the legacy automation framework and identifying areas where test automation will reduce release regression timelines
  • Analyze client and network issues by debugging the automation failure logs and reports them to QA management and development team.
  • Maintain, document and automate functional test cases in TestRail for every new feature to increase the automation coverage.
  • Performing code reviews and committing code changes using version management tools Sourcetree and GitHub.
  • Coordinate with QA teams on a daily basis to provide automation support based on high priority tickets.
  • Communicate QA results, risks, and project status to management team as well as to the stakeholders for every release cycle.
  • Adding test cases to web automation framework in Playwright using TypeScript.
  • Using the following tools/technologies: Testrail, Jira, Xcode, Swift, Accessibility Inspector, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Java, Sourcetree, Android Studio, and UI automator.

Basic Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering and 5 years (progressive, post-baccalaureate) automation experience.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: 1) Working with Testrail, Jira, Xcode, Android studio, Confluence, Espresso, UI automator, Github, Jenkins, and Java. 2) Planning, defining, and executing test strategies in a multi-screen, multi-platform, multi-language native application environment. 3) Utilizing iOS Testing/Automation, mobile application testing tools, emulators, and mobile application development environment, data structures and algorithms, and Android test automation (Espresso). Must also have experience performing automation and functional testing on mobile applications. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $120,869 - $151,000. (#LI-NDI #LI-DNI #LI-DNP #DE-DNP). I
