ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with deep hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing across enterprise-scale solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in end-to-end automation using modern frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Postman and some experience with Cypress, while also being fluent in programming with JavaScript and/or TypeScript. This is an on-site role working closely with DevOps, developers, and project leadership to ensure product quality, performance, and user experience in complex, high-security environments.
This is a highly collaborative role—perfect for someone with strong communication skills and the technical chops to build and maintain high-coverage test suites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, Postman, and custom test scripting (JavaScript and/or TypeScript).
• Build comprehensive E2E (end-to-end) regression and feature test suites that align with development sprints and CI/CD cycles.
• Maintain and optimize automation pipelines to reduce execution time and increase reliability.
• Design API tests, load/performance tests (e.g. using JMeter or K6), and UI testing coverage across mobile and web platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to integrate test automation within build/release workflows.
• Identify, triage, and document defects across multiple environments using Jira and Zephyr.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to scaling QA best practices and documentation.
• Participate in client workshops and testing sessions during product rollout phases.
• Travel occasionally to support onsite testing, rollout validation, and training efforts in the U.S. and Canada.
