This role is pivotal in ensuring that every release meets rigorous standards for stability, coverage, and customer satisfaction. The individual will lead automation efforts, define testing frameworks, and collaborate closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless and reliable product delivery. What you’ll do Define and implement testing strategies and standards across projects. Establish release criteria and ensure all changes meet defined quality benchmarks. Build and scale reusable automation frameworks to enhance coverage and efficiency. Coach and support QA professionals to elevate team capabilities. Plan test phases, manage risks, and oversee dependencies. Provide clear status updates and lead triage sessions for swift issue resolution. Define key performance indicators (KPIs), publish actionable reports and dashboards. Conduct lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement. Who you are A quality assurance professional with 4+ years of hands-on test automation experience in Python, JavaScript, or Java using modern frameworks such as pytest, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, or Newman. Experienced in leading and aligning multiple teams on automation strategy and release readiness. Proficient in Web Services testing (REST, SOAP), both manual and automated. Skilled in identifying risks early and driving remediation through thorough requirements analysis and risk-based test design. Bonus experience includes: Working with AWS services. Advanced Python skills for building reusable test libraries. Strong automation design capabilities including CI/CD integration and feature flagging.
