PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-7 years of experience in manual testing; exposure to automation is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle, and testing best practices
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA
  • Proven ability in functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in automation frameworks or scripting
  • Experience with MongoDB, AWS, and Elasticsearch is highly desirable and would be a strong advantage
  • Exposure to FedRAMP environments or working on government projects
  • Prior experience with FedRAMP or secure testing practices is a strong plus

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for front-end, API, and integration testing
  • Contribute to test planning, estimation, and execution across multiple releases
  • Ensure test coverage and quality standards are maintained for FedRAMP features
  • Collaborate with developers and QA team members to resolve issues effectively
  • Own QA deliverables including bug tracking, test documentation, and progress reporting in JIRA
  • Support system integration testing and continuous delivery workflows (CI/CD)
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to building test automation frameworks
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, and proactively communicate progress and blockers
