Collaborate within an agile R&D team to enhance product quality through robust design, development, testing, and automation practices Define comprehensive test cases to ensure adequate coverage of newly implemented features Continuously assess and address gaps in test automation coverage to maintain high testing standards Execute manual and automated tests, monitor outcomes, evaluate results, and report findings aligned with quality KPIs Analyze system error logs to support developers in identifying and resolving root causes of technical issues Maintain and evolve test automation frameworks and environments in accordance with industry best practices Review product source code and collaborate with developers to define effective and scalable test strategies Foster a quality-driven culture by supporting team members and stakeholders in maintaining a strong focus on product excellence Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance Proven technical background with relevant qualifications and certifications Hands-on experience testing complex distributed systems, including both web-based and client-side applications Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities across diverse environments Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks to support agile development workflows Ability to think holistically, understand system-level architecture, and evaluate solutions from multiple perspectives ISTQB certification at appropriate levels Proficiency in Linux, web technologies, databases, networking, Bash scripting, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience with test automation tools such as Nightwatch, Jest, and Playwright Familiarity with load and performance testing using JMeter Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript Version control using Git and GitHub
