WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in manual testing to help ensure our product remains reliable, stable, and high-performing. Experience in test automation is highly desirable. In this role, you will also have the opportunity—and expectation—to learn C#. This position is perfect for a proactive QA professional who enjoys diving business flows using different approaches for manual testing, creating automated test solutions, and expanding their programming expertise by exploring new paradigms. As our new Senior QA Engineer, you will join the Product Division within the Front Office – Axioma Portfolio Optimization team, collaborating closely with engineering teams across multiple global locations. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Design and automate test cases Perform thorough manual and exploratory testing to validate complex financial systems and edge cases Collaborate with developers, QAs, and product owners to define clear, testable requirements Identify, document, and communicate defects with precision Contribute to maintaining and improving overall product quality Learn and apply C# to support and automate solutions WHAT WE VALUE 3+ years of experience in QA Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices Financial knowledge through education or hands-on experience in complex financial domains Experience testing APIs Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Postman or similiar tools for API testing Good understanding of SDLC and STLC Experience writing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes C# knowldge will be a benefit ADDITIONALY WE VALUE Being proactive and transparent Good communication skills Working with others to leverage the knowledge of everyone on the team Taking responsibility for your work and focusing on effective solutions Trying new approaches to handle both new and existing challenges Learning new skills and enhancing existing ones Continually seeking ways to improve our processes and the way we work Giving and receiving feedback in a way that promotes growth and understanding Fluent in English BENEFITS Global hybrid work policy - We ask you to work 2 days a week from the office.
