We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Manual Engineer to join our dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You’ll be working on a cutting-edge system designed to extract field values from unstructured data (e.g., PDF files). The product uses Cognitive Services, RAG patterns, and LangGraph agents to intelligently process and extract data. It functions as a micro front-end (MFE), enhancing Document Intelligence by delivering data reports in business-preferred formats. The system is scalable and minimally intrusive, ensuring high performance across environments.
Seniority: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to overlap with US-based teams (minimum till 19:00 CET, ideally later).
  • Strong consulting mindset — can propose improvements and explain the “why”.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum SDLC.
  • Proven experience in creating effective test plans and E2E test scenarios.
  • Experience testing across platforms (web, mobile, multiple browsers).
  • Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies: Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Integration, Mobile, Cross-platform, Component, Performance, UI/UX, Acceptance.
  • Ability to estimate and plan test coverage effectively.
  • Bonus: Experience with automation testing tools and processes.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
  • Conduct various types of testing within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC to identify and resolve software defects.
  • Document and report testing results, providing insights for release management and quality assurance improvements.
