REQUIREMENTS

  • The ideal candidate is a hardworking and highly organized professional, with strong communication skills
  • Solid understanding of project management, software development best practices and hands-on experience of QA tools like Jira/Confluence/Xray and analytics tools like Sigma
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to design and communicate process steps are a strong requirement
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-tech enterprise environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, start-up environment across multiple teams with conflicting priorities
  • Ability to manage change effectively and with a positive attitude and independently
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Senior QA Operations Manager for Veeva Vault will oversee the QA and Release operations of a large, global team. You will organize and coordinate programs while providing strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company’s culture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Transform high-level business strategies into clear, actionable technical/non-technical roadmaps that inspire and align multiple organizations
  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics to remove barriers and drive consensus on processes/projects
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact deliverables through strategic planning and proactive problem-solving
  • Manage status reporting within the team and to executive management
  • Recognize opportunities for process and organizational improvement
