The Testing Manager is responsible for leading the testing strategy, planning, and execution across software development projects. This role ensures that all products meet quality standards before release and collaborates closely with development, product, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers
• Coordinate testing efforts across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Manage test environments, tools, and data
• Track and report testing metrics, defect trends, and release readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality goals are met
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in QA, with a significant focus on automation.
• Proficient in Java, Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and API testing tools
• Hands-on experience with Serenity BDD and Mate Automation tools
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Proficiency in API testing and automation using RestAssured, Serenity Rest, or similar libraries
• Familiarity with BDD tools like Cucumber or JBehave
• Experience with version control systems and CI tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration
