Responsibilities and Authorities:

i. Responsible for overall quality system in Quality Control Department

• a. Responsible of raw material and packaging material release procedure in accordance.
• b. Issuing and approving of BMR.
• c. Checking the completeness of the BMR.
• d. Responsible of finished product release procedure.

ii. Responsible to train Quality Control Department personnel to perform quality .
iii. Handling of customer complaint.
iv. Solving Quality Control issue.
v. To monitor and plan Internal Audit Program to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice.
vi. Assist Product Recall Team member to handling returned product and product recall activities, e.g., product no compliance to requirements.
Reports to : Quality Control Manager

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
