One of our Customer is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant to join a high-impact team supporting the transition of core legacy systems. You’ll play a vital role in shaping quality outcomes by designing and executing test strategies, collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and project leads to validate critical business processes and system functionality.
In this role, you’ll focus on delivering QA excellence across complex platforms like C3 (Siebel CRM) and UCM (Universal Content Management). You’ll be responsible for test planning, manual execution, defect tracking, and ensuring requirements are thoroughly validated through all stages of the SDLC. Your expertise will help ensure stability, data integrity, and business continuity during enterprise-wide transformation.

• Design and execute detailed test cases aligned with project and system test plans.
• Conduct system, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Document test results, log bugs, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
• Ensure full traceability and alignment of test coverage with business and technical requirements.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage test artifacts and report test progress.
