Description

Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web and API layers using Selenium with Java and TestNG. Automate functional, regression, and smoke test cases across insurance applications (Policy, Billing, Claims, Portals). Develop data-driven and modular test scripts, ensuring maintainability and scalability. Perform API automation using Rest Assured or similar frameworks. Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to implement shift-left testing in Agile sprints. Contribute to performance, security, and accessibility testing efforts as needed. Analyze automation test failures and drive root cause analysis to ensure stability. Ensure traceability and reporting through Jira and Confluence. Active participation in sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives). Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams. Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Tech Stack required for this position: Java Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Rest Assured, Maven/Gradle Rest Assured / Postman / Swagger Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Git, GitHub, Bitbucket Allure, Extent Reports, Jenkins dashboards Jira, Xray, Confluence Maven, Gradle, XML, JSON, Properties Chrome DevTools, browser drivers, headless execution setups Data-driven, Keyword-driven, Hybrid, Page Object Model Cloud/Containerization such as Docker, AWS / Azure basics Key Take aways to TA: 7+ years of testing automation experience Must have bachelors degree or more Must have experience in P&C insurance especially auto and home lines (good to have) Must have experience in Selenium, Java, Github, Git, TestNG, CI/CD Must have experience in agile methodologies and aware of scrum work environments
