Description
Support FMEA and Control Plan Implementation Contribute to site readiness for audits and help ensure robust documentation and process alignment for FMEA/CP. Participate in FMEA workshops and training sessions to foster a risk-based perspective and continuous improvement. Support timely closure of findings and corrective actions related to FMEA/CP. Provide guidance on FMEA, Control Plans, and related quality tools (MSA, SPC, etc.). Assist in developing and delivering training on FMEA/CP methodologies and procedures. Work with Fab, Planning, Procurement, and global teams to align FMEA/CP strategies and share lessons learned. Participate in network quality programs and recognition initiatives. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field. At least 6+ years' experience in the semiconductor or EMS industry with annual revenue in excess of $1 billion USD. Solid understanding of FMEA, Control Plans, and risk-based quality management systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated with good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Auditor certification for ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949. Experience supporting FMEA, Control Plans, and related quality tools (MSA, SPC, PPAP). Demonstrated participation in quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in developing or delivering FMEA/CP training programs. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
