It is therefore essential that we provide excellent customer service and communication to reach all those individuals and businesses our projects touch, as such were looking Community Relations Coordinator to join our Lower Thames Crossing project based in Grays.
Within this role you’ll manage and oversee all community related correspondence associated with the Lower Thames Crossing Roads North project. This critical role involves writing content, maintaining accurate records, tracking responses and ensuring effective and timely communication between the project and external stakeholders
What you’ll be doing
As a Community Relations Coordinator you’ll:
Correspondence management and systems
Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records using digital document control systems (e.g. ProjectWise, MS Dynamics 365, CRM)

- Ensure all correspondence is tracked and responded to within required timeframes, in line with the client’s public complaints and enquiries process
- Assist in the development of correspondence tracking systems and processes to ensure audit compliance and accessibility
Quality Assurance and standards
Ensure all community focused communications comply with the client’s writing and tone of voice guidance

Who we’re looking for
You will have / be:
A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders

- Competent in the use of MS Office applications and document management systems
- Prior experience in correspondence management, document control or project administration
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise under pressure
- A passion for delivering a great customer experience
