Description:

Our client, a rapidly growing Construction Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join their Dublin-based team. This is a prime opportunity to take on a management role in a progressive organization, working closely with commercial and construction teams to deliver successful projects while fostering strong client relationships, maximizing returns, and managing risks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Civils/Construction.
  • Residential or Commercial project experience preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Effective organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard technology platforms and the Standard Method of Measurement.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and accountability.
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
