Tigerlamb Hair Salons are an intimate group of four gorgeous boutique shops, and we now have a rare opportunity to to be part of one of our team in the sparkling precincts of PORTSIDE, WEST END and KING STREET!
Despite the glam of the fit outs, Tigerlamb is super down to earth and we consistently deliver an impressive standard of services to loyal clients. We are deadly serious about hair, but having fun, a healthy sense of humor and being kind keeps us enjoying our days.
Our teams are pretty special. We have been awarded by the Australian Hairdressing Industry Awards a load of nods over the past few years as Best QLD salon of the year, Best Customer Service, Best Newcomer, Best Salon Team and Best In-Salon Training. Proving that we really do care.

We are looking for fully qualified Senior Stylists to join us to fill our teams back to capacity.
We are not necessarily not looking for a Rockstar, but hairdressers with a commitment to be an important part of a team with solid skills and a willingness to grow, learn and reach your personal and creative potential.
Our clientelle isn’t a transient one and we mainly hold a return client base.

What you can expect:

• If your passion is to teach and grow others there is an opportunity to personally mentor and grow junior talent. Nurture your own prodigy!
• One-on-ones and team training sessions, fashion forecasting, Internal and external training with Product companies Redken and Kerastase.
• Involvement in wonderful charity work and support, including saving Tigers!!
• A 4 day week if you choose! Yep! Longer days, knock it over :)
• Remuneration: $59-$66,000 Retaining wage: with realistic goals to additionally receive extra earnings on services and retail.

To be part of the Tigerlamb Team we are seeking:

• That you are well groomed and presentable.
• For you to be fully qualified and confident in both cutting and colour work, with a minimum of a cert III industry qualification.
• That you have a dedicated work ethic. Are you driven to exceed expectations! Do you desire a great reputation!
• That you have a solid understanding of customer service, a bright attitude and a love of supporting and interacting with a unique team.
• That you have a passion and commitment to the hairdressing industry.
• That you speak Fluent clear English and are an Australian resident or holding permanent residency.
