JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional to lead the administration of our qualified retirement plans, including 401(k) and profit-sharing programs. This role ensures compliance with ERISA and all applicable federal and state regulations while supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our benefits offerings. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless employee experience.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE AND CRITICAL SKILLS

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience administering qualified retirement plans and employee benefits.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and other applicable federal/state laws.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex benefit topics clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred), payroll processes, and CMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and technical expert for the Company’s defined contribution retirement plans, including investment options, participant loans, hardship withdrawals, and required minimum distributions.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations; maintain accurate and up-to-date plan documentation.
  • Lead or support plan design changes, amendments, and implementation in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to recommend enhancements that improve plan competitiveness and employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on plan eligibility, enrollment, and ongoing participation.
  • Manage and resolve service requests related to retirement and other benefit programs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, communications, and compliance documentation as needed.
