Primary Responsibilities: Create business intelligence solutions and models Perform analysis, interpret results, analyze & investigate, develop actionable insights and present recommendations Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis Work and collaborate closely with US based leaders as a matrixed team environment Be able to partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and demonstrate tools, solutions and analysis Design, development, implement and execute automated tests Write and execute automated tests using Selenium/Java, Cucumber or similar tools Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines Perform reviews of automation solutions and serve as a mentor to juniors / less experienced developers Developing, implementing and maintaining UAT Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Summary documentation Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, while meeting all project-related deadlines Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ Work independently on projects, where tasks are self-determined and not specifically assigned Work with business partners, systems analysts, designers and programmers to create / analyze required project documents and ensures that quality assurance processes are incorporated Work closely with the Project Team to identify risks and UAT scope early in the project lifecycle Build positive professional relationships with internal and external customers Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Shift timing 3.30 pm to 1.00 am Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Automation testing experience for enterprise-level applications, including developing and implementing effective test plans and test cases within the Software Development Life Cycle 2+ years of experience using test management tools such as Application Lifecycle Management and CA Rally 2+ years Experience in any test automation tool like Selenium /Playwright Experience of API Testing using Postman/ Rest/SOAP Experience of working in Agile Development Experience in Software Testing and User Acceptance Testing Experience in any test automation tool like Selenium /PlayWright/ AccelQ/Cyara Experience of designing Test Automation Frameworks Experience of API Testing using Postman Experience in using test management tools such as HP Application Lifecycle Management, CA Rally, JIRA Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at both an individual and team level Preferred Qualification: Any prior experience in CCAS contact center platforms like Genesys/Amazon Connect etc. At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
