Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance and quality assurance of our non-food pet products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. Responsibilities: Review and organize technical documentation for consumer and pet products. Manage and register non-conformities. Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve quality issues. Maintain accurate records. Support internal own-brand product development teams. Contribute to quality reporting and data analysis. Review information in instruction manuals and packaging. Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Previous work experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector. Knowledge of product quality norms, certifications, and standards. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well. Proactive with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential.
