THE OPPORTUNITY

EY Hungary is looking for an experienced Senior QRM Specialist to join our Tax Service Line. In this role, you will ensure effective implementation of QRM policies and support client-serving teams, enhancing operational efficiency through user-friendly processes and tools.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality and Risk Management or related fields
• Degree in Economics or a related discipline
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and adaptability
• Effective planning and communication skills
• Advanced spoken and written English and Hungarian skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Experience in legal assistance is a plus

• Provide QRM policy support by understanding, monitoring, and developing QRM policies, while responding to inquiries from client-serving teams
• Assist professional staff in utilizing QRM databases and tools, applying firm protocols and guidelines with sound judgment
• Develop user-friendly processes and tools to streamline operations
• Prepare and conduct preliminary analyses of management reports to support decision-making
