Description
CompleteQA Ownership: Lead and execute the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) from initial requirement analysis and test planning to release sign-off and post-launch monitoring.
Automation Framework Design: Own, Build, maintain, and scale robust automated test suites (UI and API) to accelerate integration and regression testing cycles.
Performance & Load Testing: Plan, script, and execute load, stress, and performance tests to ensure systems remain fast, scalable, and resilient under heavy traffic.
Manual & Exploratory Testing: Conduct thorough manual and exploratory testing to catch edge cases, usability flaws, and visual inconsistencies that automated scripts miss.
Product Polish Advocate: Serve as the ultimate filter for product quality, ensuring UI/UX flows are intuitive, seamless, and pixel-perfect prior to release.
Agile Integration: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Designers in an Agile/Scrum environment to refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prevent defects early in the sprint cycle.
Defect Management: Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs to resolution using JIRA (or similar tools), providing clear reproduction steps and detailed diagnostics.
CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD deployment pipelines to enable continuous feedback and rapid delivery cycles.
