• You4+ years building and maintaining automation frameworks, not just running them
• strong in Python, Ruby or TypeScript - one, properly
• Playwright, Cypress or Selenium
• API testing and SQL/PostgreSQL for validating state
• tests embedded in CI/CD, not run alongside it
• performance and load testing, and LLM tooling as part of how you actually work
