Quality Assurance Coordinator | Pyrmont | BNT Make your mark on product quality and customer experience. We’re on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to play a key role in safeguarding our brand and driving continuous improvement across our product range. About the Role This is a hands-on, end to end quality role where you’ll manage all aspects of quality assurance across the product lifecycle from development through to customer feedback. You’ll partner closely with internal teams, suppliers, and testing houses to ensure every product meets BNT’s quality, legal, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update quality manuals to ensure alignment with legal requirements and brand standards Ensure all products meet required safety, legal, and quality benchmarks across the lifecycle Lead product evaluations and risk assessments during development to proactively mitigate issues Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and vendors on quality standards Investigate and resolve bulk quality issues and customer complaints, identifying root causes Analyse returns, customer feedback, and market insights to identify trends and improvement opportunities Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions to enhance processes Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, testing houses, and retail QA teams What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in textiles or a related field Quality experience in apparel or textile manufacturing/quality Strong knowledge of garment construction and textile standards Experience in quality assurance and process improvement Understanding of international quality and compliance standards A structured, organised approach with strong problem solving skills Confident communicator who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment Why Join BNT?
