Job Description ABOUT YOUR ROLE You will be responsible for quality related activities and ISO to ensure the smooth and effective operation in-process activities related to quality are performed and executed accordingly. You will be based in Bangi. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Lead IPQA and assist in IQA & complaint handling Lead ISO, FSC, UL Certification, Redcert, customer audit and internal audit system Continuous improvement action based on NCP trends, market & customer feedback, FMEA study and Kaizen benchmarking approach Review and revise in-process quality control plan on a timely basis based on QIS data analysis trend of process capability of laminated rolls. Itemise test plans and procedures, define new specifications based on QIS collective data analysis. Lead and supervise IPQA routine tests, manage layered process audit, QIS and COA status. Weekly review and analyse NCP status at plant and DC. Communicate with the multidisciplinary team on the solution plan and lead the improvement activities with process owners for defect reduction and cost saving initiatives. Develop training plan for IPQA and QC team, promote quality awareness, perform periodical MSA test and evaluation. Monthly reporting on in-process quality status. Promote digital transformation across QA Organization. Initiate benchmarking activities and promote good SOP practise on safety and operation control rules. Work upon Superior’s assignments Qualifications WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. 4 - 5 years related experience needed. Information Technology, Engineering, or related experience preferred. Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred. Thoroughly knowledgeable on database administration and systems testing and auditing processes. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent auditing and statistical skills Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function specific software. Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills. Excellent technical aptitude. Strong team-building and mentoring skills.
