Description

Responsibilities: Lead and maintain an independent management audit system to ensure effectiveness of policies, achievement of objectives, and compliance with statutory and railway operational requirements Establish and implement audit review frameworks to ensure management systems are controlled, effective, and compliant with applicable requirements Develop and execute the annual audit plan, coordinate audit programmes, and lead a small team to deliver professional and high-quality audits Ensure compliance of contractors’ work with divisional and statutory requirements by managing and monitoring the contractor audit programme Analyse audit findings, identify control deficiencies, and provide recommendations to senior management to mitigate risks and enhance operational effectiveness Ensure high audit quality standards by developing the team with broad knowledge in railway operations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement Conduct management system audit reviews to ensure compliance with applicable standards, statutory and operational requirements, and ongoing suitability of the management systems Requirements: DDegree in Management / Engineering / Engineering Science or a recognised professional qualification in a relevant discipline A minimum 12 years’ relevant working experience in internal or external Supplier Quality Engineer auditing of a high reliability organisation with at least 5 years at managerial level Possession of membership of a professional institution or registered status of relevant discipline Knowledge in safety, quality, environment management system and other management system standards and practices such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO55001 is preferred Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and reporting writing skills Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
