ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Mục tiêu vị trí/ Job Purpose: Đảm bảo hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, tuân thủ GMP và yêu cầu pháp lý của nhà máy dược được thiết lập, vận hành, giám sát và cải tiến liên tục thông qua các hoạt động QA cốt lõi/ To ensure that the pharmaceutical quality management system, GMP compliance and regulatory requirements are effectively established, implemented, monitored and continuously improved through core QA activities Chức năng công việc chính/ Primary Job Function: Vận hành và duy trì Hệ thống Quản lý Chất lượng (QMS)/ Operate and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) Điều phối và theo dõi thanh tra (nội bộ, cơ quan quản lý, tập đoàn)/ Coordinate and track internal, regulatory and corporate audits Quản lý ngoại lệ, CAPA, sai lệch/ Manage exceptions, deviations and CAPA Quản lý khiếu nại, thu hồi và hàng trả về/ Handle complaints, recalls and returned products. Theo dõi và báo cáo các Chỉ số Chất lượng/ Track and report Quality Metrics Giám sát tuân thủ GMP và SOP tại nhà máy/ Monitor GMP and SOP compliance at site Phạm vi & trách nhiệm vị trí/ Accountability & Scope: Là đầu mối QA điều phối các hoạt động chất lượng trong phạm vi nhà máy/ Act as QA focal point coordinating quality activities at site Làm việc với các phòng ban nội bộ, cơ quan quản lý và tập đoàn/ Liaise with internal departments, regulatory authorities and corporate teams Đảm bảo các hoạt động QA đúng GMP, đúng hạn và có bằng chứng/ Ensure QA activities are GMP-compliant, timely and properly documented Trách nhiệm công việc cốt lõi/ Core Job Responsibilities: Quản lý hệ thống chất lượng & tuân thủ/ Quality System & Compliance Management Soạn thảo, rà soát, cập nhật và theo dõi việc tuân thủ các SOP QA/ Draft, review, update and ensure compliance with QA-related SOPs Giám sát tuân thủ GMP tại nhà máy, tham gia gemba khi cần/ Monitor GMP compliance at site and participate in gemba activities when required. Theo dõi xu hướng chất lượng và đề xuất cải tiến hệ thống/ Analyze quality trends and propose continuous improvement actions Thực hiện phê duyệt QA cuối cùng để đóng báo cáo ngoại lệ, sai lệch có hoạch định, CAPA và kiểm tra hiệu quả, trong phạm vi được ủy quyền bởi Trưởng phòng QA hoặc người được chỉ định/ Perform final QA approval for closure of exceptions, planned deviations, CAPA and effectiveness checks, within the scope of authorization by the QA Manager or designee Ký thay Trưởng phòng QA theo phạm vi được ủy quyền /Be delegated by QA Manager to sign on behalf of QA Manager Điều phối thanh tra/ Audit & Inspection Coordination Điều phối toàn bộ quá trình thanh tra nội bộ, thanh tra cơ quan quản lý và thanh tra tập đoàn/ Coordinate internal audits, regulatory inspections and corporate audits. Chuẩn bị, gửi và theo dõi các biểu mẫu/báo cáo thanh tra theo yêu cầu/ Prepare, submit and follow up audit-related forms and reports. Theo dõi việc thực hiện và đóng CAPA sau thanh tra/ Track implementation and closure of audit CAPAs. Cập nhật tình trạng CAPA cho QA vùng và tập đoàn/ Update CAPA status to regional and corporate QA. Quản lý ngoại lệ & CAPA/ Exceptions, Deviations & CAPA Management Điều phối quản lý ngoại lệ (NC, PNC, PDV) và CAPA trên hệ thống hoặc hồ sơ giấy/ Coordinate exceptions (NC, PNC, PDV) and CAPA in electronic systems or manual records. Xem xét, cấp mã số, theo dõi tiến độ và phê duyệt đóng ngoại lệ/CAPA / Review, assign numbers, track progress and approve closure of deviations and CAPA Phối hợp SME đánh giá nguyên nhân gốc, ảnh hưởng sản phẩm và quyết định xử lý/ Coordinate SMEs for root cause investigation, product impact assessment and disposition Báo cáo định kỳ tình trạng và xu hướng ngoại lệ & CAPA/ Report status and trending of exceptions and CAPA periodically Quản lý khiếu nại – thu hồi – hàng trả về/ Complaint, Recall & Returned Product Management: Thu thập, kiểm tra và xác nhận dữ liệu chỉ số chất lượng định kỳ/ Collect, verify and validate quality metric data periodically Đảm bảo dữ liệu được xác nhận trước khi khóa và gửi đúng hạn/ Ensure data are approved prior to locking and submitted on time. Duy trì hồ sơ và cập nhật SOP liên quan đến Quality Metrics/ Maintain quality metric records and update related SOPs. Nhiệm vụ khác / Other Responsibilities Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Quản lý QA/ Perform other tasks as assigned by QA management Hỗ trợ các hoạt động QA khi có yêu cầu đột xuất/ Support QA activities when required. HỌC VẤN TỐI THIỂU/ MINIMUM EDUCATION Dược sĩ đại học hoặc Cử nhân Hóa, Sinh học hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan/ University Pharmacist or Bachelor in Chemistry, Biology or related disciplines Đã được đào tạo GMP-WHO/ GMP-WHO training completed MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING REQUIRED Kinh nghiệm/ Experience Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm tại nhà máy dược (QA/QC/Sản xuất)/ Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (QA/QC/Production) Có kinh nghiệm với hệ thống GMP, CAPA, thanh tra là lợi thế/ Hands-on experience with GMP, CAPA and audits is an advantage Kỹ năng & năng lực/ Skills & Competencies Hiểu biết tốt về GMP và hệ thống QA/ Good knowledge of GMP and QA systems.
