(Saudi National Only) Grade: 5 Location: Dhahran Advert closing: 30/09/2025 Responsibilities · Continue development, improvement and maintenance of the TTS Quality Management System including Quality policies and processes as appropriate such that it meets the requirements of the ISO 9001, AS 9110, M&CA mandates and BAE Systems policies and processes · Monitoring the effectiveness of the TTS Quality Management System to assure product and service conformance to the requirements · Developing, managing and performing an annual audit plan to ensure the effectiveness of the internal polices and processes · Reviewing and reporting the Quality Management System, including non-conformance management and resolution processes · Performing data collection and analysis to measure the health of the TTS Quality Management System · Measuring and improving processes to drive business improvements · Liaising with internal and external customers and Partner Companies · Managing second party audits and third party certification approval visits and audits · Maintaining Quality delegated authorities · Carry out Engineering and Technical investigations and reporting, and where necessary, discuss in-depth with the customer the report contents and address any issues that may arise · Monitor configuration control · Identify Organisational Quality Awareness training needs · Act as a focal point for the co-ordination of investigations arising from customer enquiries, complaints and return of responses back to the customer. · Participation in the programme meetings as required and deputising for the Quality Assurance Manager when not available. Job Requirements: · Qualified to HNC or recognised equivalent level in an Quality Assurance or related subject · Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Quality Assurance/Control organisation · Strong knowledge of ISO 9001and AS 9110 · ISO 9001 or AS 9110 qualified Lead Auditor · Knowledge of quality requirements for aerospace and defence standards (e.g. AQAPs, Defence Standards) · Quality Assurance based training/practical experience with application and auditing skills related to ISO 9001, 9100, AS 9110 (preferred), and RSAF/RAF quality management systems · Demonstrable ability to operate with the minimum of direction and supervision across multiple functional boundaries · Conversant with European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) aircraft maintenance regulations or military equivalents such as UK MoD Defence Standard 05-130 and the RA4800 series · Good understanding of modern quality practices · Experience within a Maintenance Training Organisation. Able to interpret technical publications and engineering drawings · Conversant with the use of the Microsoft suite of office tools (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook) · The successful candidate will have good communication and presentation skills with the ability to exchange factual information accurately · The individual must demonstrate the flexibility to apply knowledge/experience across functional boundaries in a Maintenance Training Organisation · The ability to persuade and influence people while maintaining focus is essential · Understanding of Project Management, Life Cycle Management and Engineering Lifecycle · Proven ability to work in a team environment · Excellent use of the English Language both written and oral · The individual must demonstrate the flexibility to apply knowledge/experience across the Maintenance Training Organisation For Internal Employee All Candidates must inform their current Line Manager that they are applying for this job Employees who started in their current role within the last six months are not eligible to apply for Company vacancies of the same grade. Responsibilities
The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will develop and maintain the TTS Quality Management System to meet various standards and policies. Responsibilities include monitoring system effectiveness, conducting audits, and liaising with customers and partner companies.
