Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Project Overview
Amaris is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support our client in achieving excellence in the quality and reliability of their products. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to help define and drive quality and reliability targets, ensuring products meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.
You will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and coaching to client project teams, and collaborating closely with R&D and post-market teams to facilitate continuous improvement.

Lead and oversee the development and execution of holistic strategies for patient and user safety, quality, and reliability, building confidence in product and service performance prior to market release.
Guide and support client R&D teams in implementing robust design control processes and industry best practices. Work with subject matter experts and process owners to identify and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with R&D teams to develop comprehensive requirements, test strategies (including statistical sampling methods), and traceability frameworks, covering usability, reliability, performance, safety, and quality.
Provide strategic oversight of quality plan execution, risk management activities, and all design-related processes throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead and facilitate quality-related problem-solving initiatives, proactively addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement.
Analyze post-market performance data to identify opportunities for design and process enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Serve as a subject matter expert, advising client project teams and business functions on design control processes and ensuring all design quality requirements are met at every project milestone.
