Purpose of the role You will be responsible for ensuring that all work performed meets or exceeds the required standards, codes, and specifications. Through detailed inspections and audits, you’ll help deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality outcomes for every project. Your work will directly contribute to Worley’s commitment to operational integrity, compliance, and sustainable change. Core Responsibilities · Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and standards across all phases of the project. · Accurately complete inspection reports and documentation, maintaining clear, organized, and timely records. · Maintain, calibrate, and operate inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability in every test and evaluation. · Participate in daily housekeeping and clean-up efforts to uphold a safe and orderly work environment that reflects Worley’s strong safety culture. · Collaborate across teams to identify, communicate, and resolve quality issues — supporting a shared goal of delivering sustainable, best-in-class project outcomes. Qualifications What you’ll bring to the role · Demonstrated experience in industrial construction or maintenance environments, particularly within the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors. · Strong technical understanding of quality control and inspection processes in industrial settings, including the ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and industry codes. · A valid NCEER Certified Plus certification, verified through written or performance testing. · Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify non-conformance and ensure accuracy in all aspects of inspection and reporting. · Physical capability to perform essential inspection activities, including climbing, kneeling, reaching, and lifting as required. · A collaborative approach to problem-solving and communication, working effectively with teams to maintain the highest standards of quality. · A shared commitment to sustainability, helping to ensure every project contributes to long-term environmental and operational performance.
