Job Description We are looking for a professional to strenghten our Quality team and drive operational excellence across the Autodoc group. In this role, you will be dedicated to elevating work quality standards and participate in strategic projects across network hubs in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany, totaling over 120,000 m². You will actively challenge the operational status quo, implement cutting-edge quality KPIs, and harmonize processes across all international locations to ensure a unified, world-class standard. Key responsibilities: Quality Standard Implementation: Define and develop robust Quality Control and Quality Assurance frameworks to manage non-conformities within a daily operational process, and implement root-cause-oriented fixe Process Engineering with focus on Quality aspects: Apply process engineering principles to identify bottlenecks and improve the efficiency of operations Lean Management toolbox: Work as the subject matter expert in Lean methodology, actively manage: Control Plans, pFMEA, 8D Reports, Project Management: Lead an internal Quality projects, support cross-functional Supply Chain Management projects (experienced in on of the tool: Asana, Trello, MS Project) Root Cause Analysis: Use a critical-thinking approach to solve complex operational issues and prevent recurrence. Qualifications Process Engineering Knowledge: Solid understanding of process design. Experience in logistics is a plus, but a background in production or Quality-related operation is highly valued. Lean Expertise: Practical experience with Lean tools (Control Plans, pFMEA, 8D, Kaizen, etc.). Project Management: Basic knowledge of PM methodologies and the ability to drive tasks to completion Soft Skills: A strong problem-solving mindset, critical thinking skills, and a high sense of ownership over assigned processes. Languages: English at a minimum B2 level (essential for daily communication).
