JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Quality Data Analyst will provide reporting and analytic support focused primarily in the areas of quality of care, patient safety, and regulatory reporting. The candidate is expected to have mature technical skills, be able to solve for complex data or analytic challenges, and quickly absorb clinical or operational details required to create reporting or analytic deliverables on a fast paced team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Expert proficiency developing reports in Power BI (High proficiency)
• Excellent data analysis skills (High proficiency)
• Proficiency in Python (High proficiency)
• Strong ability to translate project goals/requirements into technical reporting or analytic specifications (High proficiency)
• Strong ability to interpret and present analytic findings
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
• Experience with AWS and Snowflake highly desirable
• Background in statistics highly desirable
• Experience in clinical informatics and clinical terminologies (ICD9-10, LOINC, CPT, etc) highly desirable
• Experience working with various types of health care data is preferred
• Experience working with the Epic EMR and associated data repositories is preferred
• Bachelors Degree Required - Masters Preferred
• 4-6 years of relative experience Required
